Hi everybody! What phrases or words do you use to describe a person who don't have much money but usually borrows money from other people to spend on pretty or very expensive things?

Your answers will be greatly appreciated.

Steven, I don't know. "Scrounger" springs to mind, but that just means someone who is always borrowing money, what happens to it does not come into the equation.

And by the way... "a person who doesn't have much money"
