A: Before you leave home, don't forget to turn off all electrical switches. It's safer.
B: You are always too careful.
A: Being too careful is never redundant.

Hi everybody! I use "Being too careful is never redundant" to mean that "being careful is a very good thing because it can save your life so it's never redundant". Is it used correctly in this situation?

It could be used correctly but it is not anything a native speaker would ever say. There is a fairly set, natural response that you could use. Most people do.
"You are always too careful."
"One can never be too careful."
