Hi everyone! I know "COVID" means "coronaviruses". I searched for the meaning of "do" and it has so many meanings. What does it mean in this case?

Thanks very much!

My guess is that it is a reference either to the inconsistency and lack of clarity regarding the easing of so-called "social distancing" measures against Covid-19 around the world, or to the mass protests against police brutality sparked by the murder of George Floyd that are currently taking place in various countries, and which are incompatible with "social distancing".

In this interpretation, "doing Covid" would mean something like "taking Covid seriously".
