- Hi everybody! What do you call this product? It’s used to get rid of bad smell and destroy bacteria inside the toilet.

Generally, I would probably say a "toilet freshener". The ones you show could be described as "in-cistern toilet blocks".

The big white ones that were in the urinal were known as Scotch mints, at my school.
