Are all the above sentences grammatically correct?

Is there any difference in their meanings?

The sentences are grammatically-correct.
There are subtle differences.
a. speaks more about my opinion of it; c. speaks more about the appearance it is giving.
b.is about my opinion shifting gears, redoubling my impressedness over time; d.implies that its appearance is shifting toward increasing impressiveness over time.
