a1. You have only three dollars. You won't be able to have a proper meal with that little money.
a2. You have only three dollars. You won't be able to have a proper meal with so little money.

b.You've slept only four hours. You won't perform well after such little sleep.
b1. You've slept only four hours. You won't perform well after that little sleep.
b2. You've slept only four hours. You won't perform well after so little sleep.


Which are grammatically correct?

a2 and b2 are correct. a and b are wrong. a1 and b1 are acceptable, particularly in speech.
