A woman with a nasty toothache visits her dental practice. After showing her the X-ray pictures, the dentist says, “I'm afraid I'm going to have to extract that tooth.”
The woman is horrified. “What! I'd rather have a baby!”
“Please make your mind up,” says the dentist, “I'll need to adjust the chair.”
